So I decided to buy a gift for my wife through this online "company" and they still have yet to send it.I emailed them and they don't even care to fix the issue.
I was supposed to have to product 2 weeks ago. What makes me mad is not knowing what I can do about this legally. I feel like they stole my money.
They mentioned there was a wholed up in customs but if thats the case why not email me that and tell me instead of having me track you down only to find out that my purchase hasn't even shipped.If this where any decent company they would offer a condolence or at least a warning of shipping problems.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $40.
Preferred solution: I would like either a $50 gift to get my purchase for free.
I didn't like: Non delivery, Customer service.
