I had purchased a pair of shoes fully that arrived a week after the estimated shipping date. When I got them the shoes were a half to full size larger than they should have been for their reported size.

I sort of assumed something like this might happen as they were coming from Turkey, and there was no way I could try them on prior to ordering. I tried calling TOM 10+ times the day of receipt and was constantly hung up on by their recorded message always stating "there were no agents available, and then *click*. I sent them an email as well per their instructions on the website, and to my pleasant surprise I received a reply in less than 24 hours. I was expecting to return them for store credit which would do me no good since the sale on the shoes ended two days after they were received, but instead TOM offered to refund my purchase price when the shoes made it back to their warehouse.

I know that YMMV with all companies, but I feel like they did right by me and wanted to leave a positive review of their service.

I hope you all are treated as fairly as I was and wish you the best service possible.

P.S. I am not a paid shill by the company (which I understand is exactly what a paid shill would say...)
