Ordered item #0872505291, an unusual hour glass. The order was placed Dec 1 2017.

While tracking the order, its momentum was stopped, and the reason was that "the item is en route to the warehouse" It has not moved since inquiring on the 2nd week of December, 2017. There is little support from Customer Service, their response not sufficient. I will give up trying to get an item I previously paid for. I hope they dine well on my $57.
