This company operates more as a scam than as a real serious company, not communication no answers for 2 months they have been saying the same thing the order is being processed. I will take it with my bank.

I made a purchase with Touch of Modern on the 3rd of August 2023. After not receiving any updates regarding my purchase, I decided to reach out to them regarding the purchase. I have not received any feedback or updates regarding my purchase. I have sent more than four emails. In addition, the numbers that's provided by the company, does not connect you with a live person. In my opinion, this is not how a reputable company is supposed to treat its customers.
