I ordered a lamp and the glass was covered in scratches.I asked to return the item and all I got was an automated response saying no returns are accepted unless the package is unopened.
WTF?? How am I supposed to know the item is damaged unless I open the package. Additionally, the lamp was much lower quality than the photos in the listing indicated, scratches aside. Whoever photoshopped that thing had a field day.
Even after multiple attempts, I was never able to get in touch with an actual human being. Disgusting customer service.
Not the first time something like this has happened, either.Never shop here.
I didn't like: Customer service, Damaged products, Poor quality of product, Return policy.
