Touch Of Modern - Did not think customer service could be so bad
First they deleted my account because of suspicious activity. Since they don't answer the phone, and I couldn't log in to my account, I couldn't track my packages.
It took about 2 weeks to finally open a new account, so I could email them and ask them where the products I had ordered were, and why I couldn't log into my account. When I finally sorted it out, I ordered the anti-gravity cup. It is total garbage. Not like on the video at all since you can't reliably set your drink on it.
Since there is a no return policy, I'm stuck with this dumb product. My advice: Stay away.
Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.
Monetary Loss: $175.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
