Touch of modern has some very nice products, i've ordered from them a few times. The only problem is l've only received ONE!!!
of my shipments, the others have just disappeared. When I phone them, no answer. They say no agents are available to take my call. When i email them their response is really not to respond.
There is a computer response that tells you they are overwhelmed with requests. They pretty much have a no return policy on most of their products. Now when i order from amazon and a problem arises l pick up the phone i usually get a live person, or they give you options on how you would them to reach you, Normally within 5 minutes im talking to a live agent that help me resolve my issues OR if I'm not satisfied they refund my doe. People want customer service not excuses.
That why Mr. Bezo is worth $105B. He knows the value of customer service.
