I SENT THEM A TEXT WITH PICTURES OF AN ITEM I RECEIVED IN SEVERAL PIECES (totally inadequate packaging) 5 days ago. NO RESPONSE!!!
I JUST TRIED TO CALL THEM AND, AS USUAL THEY ARE INDISPOSED. NO ONE IS EVER AVAILABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THIS MISERABLE EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY!
IF I KNEW HOW TO "UPLOAD" A PHOTO I MIGHT HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF MEETING ALL OF TOMOs many requirements for a complaint.
Unfortunately I am not "skilled" enough to do business with these people.
Why should I have to jump through 50 flaming hoops when there is an issue with an order?--one that they caused by CARELESS packaging. I Assume they make contacting them purposely impossible in the hopes you will give up and go away.
