I ordered a cold brew coffee carafe and it said it would be here on a Thursday and it came early on that prior saturday which i was out of town and found out on tracking it was delivered to my door, which it was gone by the time a came home, tried several times to contact Touch of Modern with no response what so ever... So at this point I have no package and no refund and still no response...

What do I do at this point?

Should I go to the "BBB", Better business Bureau? I definitely will not buy from this site again and do not recommend others to do so either...

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $70.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Touch of Modern is a SCAM, please listen to me, save your money! I ordered two pictures, and once received 30 days later, I was highly disappointed.

The craftsmanship level is below elementary school quality. Big Lots has better. Also, the picture I requested was of the Golden Gate Bridge, not a *** bridge in Afghanistan, and a quarter of the size advertised!!!!


YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RUN!!!!!!!!!
