I placed an order on ToM for my husband for a couple of father's day gifts for him. The order was placed on 6/13/17.

I ordered 2 items, the T3 TACTICAL AUTO RESCUE TOOL & the ENGLISH PINT DRINKING MUG // RESIN BASE. The ENGLISH PINT DRINKING MUG // RESIN BASE stated that it would "ship in time for Father's Day." To make sure that the gifts would arrive on time I paid the extra $15 for expedited shipping. Both items shipped out together on the same day, 6/14/17, with one tracking number. But when I tracked my shipment, the items are NOT and will NOT be here in time for Father's Day!!

The gifts won't arrive until 6/23/17. I'm VERY disappointed in the arrival date & their customer service. I called the customer service number (888)374-0666 multiple times and of course NO one EVER answered. I left a message on their voice mail, NO one returned my call.

I haven't received ANY emails from anyone either. ToM have cool products but the negative out weighs the COOLness factor for me.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Refund for my expedited shipping payment!!.
