This company has no customer service!I received a damaged item and cannot get a replacement shipped out despite being told it was being shipped.

Phone calls do not work. Text messages are answered in an untimely manner if at all. You cannot actually talk to a person either. How does this company stay in business???

The products offered are rarely new items and you see the same items circulate regularly.

I have actually found the same items listed in sales on other sites at lower prices.I strongly suggest if you see an item you are interested in, google it and find it somewhere else.

Time to stop calling and text messaging.

You are wasting your time and becoming unnecessarily frustrated.

Establish a paper trail immediately.Write a specific demand letter stating the nature of the problem , remedies you have attempted, and a clear statement as to what you wish done.

Allow 10 days for action.

Send it via Certified Mail, return receipt requested.If you receive no remedy, begin legal proceedings requesting full refund plus shipping charges, taxes, etc.
