I ordered an item from Touch of Modern over a month ago. It was 172.00 after their expensive shipping charge.
They sent me a tracking number that doesn’t work and they can’t tell me where my item is. I have reached out to them numerous times and I still do not have an answer.
I heard from them once they said my product would ship soon. Its been almost a month since I made my purchase and I still do not have my product.
I reached out to them twice more and havent heard back from them. I paid 140.00 for this product and I want it.
They said no cancellation or refund. Please help.

You have to provide your e-mail, before viewing their web site - DUMB !!!
After personally working in National and International Marketing for over 40 years, I am amazed how a company ( Touch of Modern ) can spend millions of dollars on National TV commercials to bring potential customers to their web site, and then immediately provide a barrier on their initial Home Page to disrupt the User's interactive experience. I liked the Television commercial and wanted to see a product shooting a fireball from someone's wrist.
Instead of building on my excitement, I am immediately given an assignment ( providing an e-mail or Facebook account ) to earn the privilege of continuing past their gray, black and white photograph of an empty office cafeteria table. The decision to present the company as some, high-end, exclusive club before I can actually view products is just stupid, arrogant, and insulting. As a potential customer, I want to find out about the company, before I reveal personal information about myself. The last thing I want as a consumer is to provide contact information to a web site I know nothing about.
Touch of Modern's sign-in requirement screams, we want to send you future e-mails about how great our offers are. That projects SPAM and a reluctance on some User's part to participate.
I am one of those potential User's who chose not to play Touch of Modern's phony, high-end club, membership game. When I go to: www.mercedes-benz.com, I do not have to provide information to view their high-end, quality products.

No communications for a week from them, no resolutions, in fact they removed the unfulfilled order from their servers.
NO RESOLUTION AND NO DELIVERY
The item was supposed to be delivered in 5-6 weeks. As of today, 12 weeks have passed with no delivery - no explanation or promise of delivery.

They have stopped communicating with me and deleted my 8/6/24 order from my account page on their website and refused to respond to my request for the reasons and update.
After an untold number of (11-13) email messages, phone calls and text messages since the order was placed on 08-06-2024, it is 11-09-2024 and ny purchase has not been shipped

I payed for a hatchet on my credit card and never received it.
Have not received my order and the amount of my order has already been charged to my credit card. I have not received any response from the company regarding my order.
They dont pay their bills. STAY AWAY!

They are never going to pay former vendors so no it will never be resolved. And they continue to not pay current vendors.
This is a scam company and all vendors should be cautious. On top of that customers don’t get what they ordered because vendors aren’t being paid.
Ran a sale, got paid late. Ran another, bigger sale and never got paid.
Sold close to 100 units of hand-built items. Lost over $20,000 between payments, time, and production materials. Tom was bought out; such BS. All the same people are still there.
They have and continue to screw vendors. Do not buy from ToMo.
If you're a customer and you don't get your product, it's because they do not pay vendors. If you're a customer and did receive your product straight from the vendor, they still do not pay vendors so vendors constantly and consistently are being screwed.

We have no further demand except pay your invoice
For over ten years, we have conducted business with TOMO. They have consistently paid their invoices until recently.
We recently worked with them on a flash sale that we committed to back in April, but they haven't paid us yet.
I would suggest that both new and established vendors stay away from TOMO and, if at all feasible, purchase directly from the suppliers. When attempting to expand the brand, many of us small business owners are unable to absorb any kind of loss.

They sent a PO order to the vendor 3 months ago, no one has contacted Me since unless I bothered them, they have no customer service system that allows You to speak with a live person etc...after waiting close to four months I asked for a refund still no response letting Me know whether a refund was issued or not.
I don't appreciate that Touch of Modern has no human customer service support. I've tried calling the only number listed online, only to hear a recorded message saying they don't have a Customer Support System in place that We the customers can speak with a live operator.
I spent over a hundred dollars on an Onyx ring that has still not shown up almost 3 months later. Never had a problem before this order.

We sold on TOM a few times, but this past April, we ran a flash sale with them. We didn't sell too much, but they still have not paid us for what we sold.
I'd tell anyone that instead of shopping with TOM, just buy directly.
Many of us are small businesses trying to get the word out about our products. As much as TOM offers low prices, they cheat and steal from their vendors.
Preferred solution: We are a vendor and we are owed our payment for products sold.

This company, Touch of Modern, is the absolute worst company in the world! They are a middleman company, in other words you place orders with them and then they ship you things from other companies.
They are absolutely awful at this. They constantly dropped the ball on many orders and they are always very late. I have been waiting for an order that I placed over three months ago.
And the company continually gives me a bunch of lies about why they cant fulfill this order and that they have no idea when they can ship. They constantly asked me to get a refund and I declined and they still have not fulfilled the order.

I have ordered from this company four times. The first three, no problems.
However, I ordered a new product as a surprise for my wife on March 30.
I received an update about two weeks later in April.
In the middle of May I tried to call customer service only to find out you could only get a response by leaving an email.
I emailed the company with all the required information and details but did not receive a response (24 hours, as promised).
I tried again today, June 3rd.
No product, no update, no reply, no customer service,
User's recommendation: Be vigilant on what you order from this company, especially if you need them in a timely manner.

I’m a “touch of pissed” off at the arrogance of a company that expects my info before seeing what they’re selling. I wouldn’t buy stock in this company!
Touch of Modern. Same thing for me, I’m a multi millionaire, but there is no way that I’m giving out personal information to browse a site.
Crazy, I can’t imagine the hundreds of thousands of potential customers that leave the site because you are forced to give email information up front. Stupid marketing process that’s going to kick their but into bankruptcy.
I probably would have spent thousands on their site, but won’t be happening. Fire the fool that set up this site.

Today is June 11, 2020. TOM still requires the POTENTIAL client to disclose contact information to enter their site.
I also saw a commercial on television that offered innovative products though an online shopping experience. The company's decision to require POTENTIAL clients disclose email/FB accounts makes me believe they spend all the advertising money in order to collect active account information rather than to market innovative products. I did not enter their wed-space bc they only get one chance to make a first-impression. My first impression is that they are at best deceptive.
There are plenty of honest business people marketing valuable products that we should be supporting. Shunning businesses with intrusive marketing practices gives us a strong voice in how MODERN products will be marketed. IDK if this company has products with a touch of Modern bc their antiquated marketing gives the appearance of deception. - funny, as I complete this post I see I have to provide an email.
The difference is; I was able to enter, explore, read, and reply b4 I was asked to provide my contact info. Also, there is a logical need for it if I was to see future comments.
