First few orders went well. In the past several months, the entire product and level of service has deteriorated to a point where I'm just deleting the App (once I get my final refund).
Of my last three orders, I had one come damaged (returned); one never arrive (refunded 4 months later); and this last one has still not arrived (2 1/2 months late) and I've just been offered a refund. Why sell items you can't provide? My requests used to be responded to within days; now they takes weeks, if the answers come at all.
This app has become a joke. There are entirely too many options out there to be dealing with this level of incompetency....
