Touch Of Modern - TERRIBLE Customer Service after THEY sent Wrong Item
TOUCH OF MODERN is a Total RIPOFF company, and they have Terrible Customer Service, even after They sent the Wrong Item out to me. I am having to FIGHT them and spend way too much time and effort to get the correct item sent, and this is still ongoing, and has taken months.
I finally had to ask my credit card company to intervene, and try to get either my correct item sent out, which was a birthday present for my wife, and obviously time sensitive, or a refund. What a joke company.
MISERABLE business ethics. I cannot believe that they refuse to send me the correct item to replace the incorrect item, after they stupidly sent the WRONG thing...!!!!!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

The site does not have a search bar. So, do I have to look through thousands of products to see if they have what I'm looking for?
That's absurd. I have also notice that 9 out of 10 reviews are negative.
