I have placed an order for a leather bag back in September 2017 with an estimated delivery time of 3 weeks. After almost 4 months, the order hasn't been fulfilled yet.

Customer service is very poor, the phone number doesn't even allow you to talk to an agent and automatically direct you to the answering machine which doesn't even let you leave a message. They are very slow to respond to email inquires as well, and I have not received a response for my last follow-up inquiry which I sent 5 days ago. This is completely unacceptable and I started questioning the integrity of this company.

I need a response to confirm the delivery of the order ASAP or I would like a refund. If this is a scam, we need to report this to an authority and escalate a claim.
