Touch Of Modern - Worst Customer Service on Their Trendy Stuff
I've been a loyal customer to Touch Of Modern having placed several orders on items that seemed really great, but have been very disappointed in the end.
I've had 3 separate incidents where I needed to contact their customer support and each time has been a terrible experience. I've had 1.) Defective products, where i was told to contact the manufacturer because they offer no assistance. I received no response after several attempts and gave up. 2.) Extremely late orders where their "4-6 week shipping time", which is already ridiculous takes significantly longer. 3.) Deceptive advertising, where the item received was completely different than what was displayed in their daily spam emails.
In the end, their customer service is extremely slow and unwilling to help after I've ordered a significant amount of merchandise from them. Roll the dice on getting something that is either decent, just ok, or terrible - if it's the latter, you're stuck with it. Thanks for nothing, ToMo.
